The room was very spacious and had everything you might need to be comfortable: fridge, tv, air conditioning. The room and bed were very clean and orderly and the change service did an excellent job daily. The breakfast I can't speak to since I left early every day for the Bull Run. However, every morning when I left at 0530, the desk person was already hard at work setting up the dining area!

Hotel entrance and carpark difficult to locate,once inside reception advised underground car park, at 10euro per night. Very difficult entrance for big cars. Beatiful room with an excellent bathroom Disappointing restaurant due to lack of choice, however the food was good.

Staff super friendly to us and our dogs. Room was huge with wrap around balcony. Modern lg tv system bonus. Wifi super fast. Excellent dog walk just across the road

Excellent power-shower. Specious room. Great bar/caffe downstairs. Friendly barista Sol who gives free lessons of basque language. Short distance to Sala TOTEM music venue.

Just fine for an overnight stay while passing through. Clean, friendly personnel and adequate breakfast for a very good price -with a possibility to park the care up to suv-size in the garage underneath the hotel (9€ extra)…

Excellent hotel, everything was super clean, the reception staff were lovely, the bed was super comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. Our bed was very big and the room itself was lovely. It was easy to find this hotel. We stopped here on our way to Portugal from the UK and it was an excellent choice.

Very good location about 3 km from center. Nice, comfortable rooms with traditional furniture. Good restaurant on groundfloor. Parking free of charge either in parking lot or streets nearby. Very relaxing stay.
